AAMS Training, a technology company in the automotive environmental, health and safety space, announced its merger with Mosaic Compliance Services, an award-winning technology company focused on variable operations, data security, and compliance audits. The announcement was made on the opening day of the 2026 NADA Convention in Las Vegas.

The merger brings together two organizations with a shared mission: helping automotive businesses manage risk, meet regulatory obligations, and operate with confidence in an increasingly complex compliance environment. The transaction is expected to be completed before the end of the first quarter.

Based in Northlake, Texas, AAMS Training has worked to build a national reputation for delivering technology-enabled EH&S training and compliance solutions tailored to automotive dealerships and related operations.

“Compliance only works when it fits the realities of dealership operations,” said AAMS President Jackie Riggs. “By joining forces with Mosaic, we’re combining EH&S expertise with broader compliance technology and audit capabilities to deliver practical, defensible solutions that actually work in the real world.”

Mosaic is headquartered in Clearwater, Fla., and provides advanced compliance technology and services spanning variable operations, data privacy and security, and enterprise-level compliance management. In 2023, Mosaic expanded its capabilities through a merger with gvo3 & Associates, adding compliance auditing to its suite of services.

“This merger is about more than scale,” said Mosaic CEO Jim Ganther. “It’s about building a smarter, more complete compliance ecosystem. With the addition of the AAMS technology and team, we achieve our long-term goal of creating a one-stop compliance shop that covers fixed operations, variable operations, data security, and audit from a single platform.”

By uniting AAMS’ deep EH&S training and auditing expertise with Mosaic’s compliance technology, data security, and audit services, the combined organization is poised to offer a more integrated approach to compliance risk management across the automotive industry.

The companies said that clients of both firms will continue to receive uninterrupted service while benefiting from expanded offerings, enhanced technology, and a broader base of compliance expertise.

Additional details regarding service expansion and platform integration will be announced following the merger's completion. Press inquiries may be directed to John Zwerneman, Mosaic vice president-sales, at jzwerneman@mosaiccs.com.
